These terms apply to your use of FloorDesignAI (floordesignai.com), operated by Abhishek Gupta, an individual based in Gurugram, Haryana, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. The service
FloorDesignAI creates AI-generated 2D floor plan concepts from the plot size and rooms you enter. You can view them on screen and download them as PNG or JPG images.
2. AI-generated concepts, not construction drawings
Plans are generated automatically by an AI model. They are concepts for ideas only: they are not drawn to scale, may contain errors (for example wrong room sizes, missing doors or rooms that don't connect), and are not architectural, structural or construction drawings. They don't take into account building codes, local regulations, soil, structure, plumbing, electrical or safety requirements. Consult a licensed architect or engineer before building, buying or making any decision based on a plan.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the service.
- You need an account (Google sign-in or a one-time email code) to generate plans.
- Use a real email address you control. Temporary or disposable email addresses aren't allowed.
- One free credit is given per person on sign-up. Creating several accounts to get more free credits is not allowed, and we may remove credits obtained this way.
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
4. Credits and payments
- 1 credit = 1 floor plan + 1 free regenerate of that plan. A credit is used when you click Generate.
- If a plan can't be generated, the credit is returned to your account automatically.
- Prices are shown on the Pricing page. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include any applicable taxes. Prices may change; a change doesn't affect credits you already bought.
- Payments are processed by our payment partner. Your card or UPI statement shows the payment as "ABHISHEK GUPTA".
- Credits don't expire while your account is active. They have no cash value and can't be transferred to another account.
- Refunds are covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Your plans
You may use the plans you generate for personal or commercial purposes. Plans are AI-generated concepts and may not be unique: similar plans may be generated for other users. They are not to scale and are not construction drawings; consult a licensed architect or engineer before building.
You allow us to store and process your inputs and plans to provide the service, show them in your account, investigate problems and improve the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no automated or bulk requests, no attempts to get around limits or payments, no attempts to access other users' data, and nothing unlawful. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
7. Availability
We try to keep the service running, but it may be unavailable or change from time to time, and it depends on third-party providers (AI models, hosting, payments). We may change or discontinue features.
8. Limitation of liability
The service and the plans are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from relying on a plan. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
