Shipping & Delivery Policy

FloorDesignAI is a digital product. Nothing is shipped: there are no physical goods and no shipping charges.

How you receive what you buy

• Credits are added to your FloorDesignAI account as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. Your balance is shown at the top of the page when you're signed in.
• Floor plans are delivered instantly on screen when you click Generate (usually within a minute), and can be downloaded as PNG or JPG images right away.
• Delivery is to your account on this website, available in any country where the website works.

If something doesn't arrive

If your credits don't appear within 24 hours of a successful payment, or a plan can't be generated, email support@floordesignai.com with the payment ID. A plan that fails to generate returns its credit automatically. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
